Januvia is a drug which used to treat
adults for type-2 diabetes. Januvia is medicine that helps control sugar level
in blood. This medicine is sometimes used with another diabetes medicine as a
combination. This medicine is not for treating type 1 diabetes. But the people
who are using this medicine are complaining about the side effects of this
tablet. There are also reports about that januvia is cause of sometimes serious
and sometimes fatal condition called lactic acidosis. This is situation in
which lactic acid builds ups in the blood faster than it can be removed. Most

FDA received 88 reports about the
cases of acute pancreatitis with people taking Januvia and Janumet between
October 16, 2006 and February 9, 2009. Some of these reports involved serious forms
of pancreatitis. Some records show that Merck who makes januvia put some safety
measures aside ordered by FDA. He didn’t take them seriously. If he took those

company Merck & Co. over the deadly side effects of januvia. The suit says
that three patients developed pancreatic cancer after using januvia. There are
some reports that Merck was failed to test the drug or he already knew that
this drug has some issues but still he announced this drug as safe drug. Now
those people and families of those people who were facing injuries because of Januvia
filed Januvia lawsuit against the company Merck & Co.
